As a lifelong resident of the Lake Wallenpaupack region of Northeastern PA, my local knowledge of Wayne and Pike County is key to helping home buyers and sellers accomplish their lake house real estate goals.
Maintaining a friendly, open, and down-to-earth approach with buyer and seller clients and working at their pace is the order of the day.
Buyer-centric goals include finding lake homes that match their price range & lifestyle needs and advocating for them throughout the entire process past settlement. For sellers, skillful internet marketing, exceptional photography, cooperation with other agents, and functioning as a fiduciary agent ensure a successful sale.
Client boundaries are always respected, offering professional advice and guidance without being pushy. The best outcome for the client is the only priority; my role is a client-advocate and fiduciary agent.
As a full-time REALTOR and solo agent, I average 35+ transactions per year representing both buyers and sellers over the past 16 years. I am a BOLD graduate, and have also completed several designation courses though NAR.
Currently, I serve on the Pike Wayne Association of Realtors Board of Directors and the Professional Standards Committee and was also a past member of the MLS Committee.
Additionally, I have volunteered for local non-profits that serve the homeless community as both a worker and Board member.
